A quarter of steady releases for Fidsor HR, driven — as usual — by what customers asked for loudest.

Leave workflows

Approvals now follow your org structure automatically: a request goes to the right manager without anyone configuring routing rules. Multi-step approvals (manager, then HR) are supported for the leave types that need them.

Attendance devices

Fingerprint and card readers now sync attendance directly into HR. Late arrivals and missed punches surface on the manager's dashboard the same morning, not at month-end.

The new org chart

Departments, roles and reporting lines are now a living chart rather than a document nobody updates. Drag a person to a new team and their approvals, rota and permissions follow.

All three are live for every Fidsor HR customer now — no action needed. As always, tell us what's missing and it goes on the list.
