Overview

Surveys are easy to send and hard to use. Most businesses have plenty of feedback — it just arrives in a separate tool, disconnected from the customer who gave it, summarised into an average that hides everything interesting, and read once at a meeting a month later, by which time the customer has already left.

Fidsor Surveys is built on the assumption that a response is only worth collecting if someone can act on it while it still matters.

A response attached to a person

The difference between feedback and data is context. When a response sits on the customer record, you can see that the person who scored you 4 has raised three tickets this quarter, or that the branch scoring lowest is also the one that changed manager in March. Responses carry who, when, which order, which agent and which branch, so a score is the start of an explanation rather than the end of one.

Alerts, not just averages

An average tells you how last quarter went. An alert tells you that someone is unhappy right now. Rules on scores and keywords can open a ticket, notify a manager and start a follow-up within minutes of a response arriving. Most of the value in customer feedback is recovered in the first day, and almost none of it survives to the monthly report.

Ask in the language they answer in

A survey sent in the wrong language does not get a worse response — it gets no response. Every question is held in each language you operate in, delivered in the recipient's own, and reported together. For employee surveys this matters more than it sounds: people are markedly more candid answering in their first language, and candour is the entire point.

How it works

From a first enquiry to a repeat customer, without leaving the suite.

  1. 1BuildStart from a template or a blank survey, with logic that hides the questions that do not apply.
  2. 2TargetChoose who gets it — a customer segment, a branch's employees, or everyone who bought last week.
  3. 3SendEmail, SMS, a link, a QR code on the receipt, or a prompt inside the app, on the schedule you set.
  4. 4CollectResponses arrive attached to the person, with partial responses saved rather than lost.
  5. 5AnalyseScores, trends and themes from open text, split by branch, product, agent or period.
  6. 6ActA low score raises a ticket and alerts a manager, so the worst responses are answered, not filed.

Part of the FidsorOne suite

+ CustomersEvery response sits on the customer record, next to their orders and their tickets.
+ HelpDeskA poor score can open a ticket automatically, so unhappy customers get a reply not a report.
+ HREngagement and exit surveys run anonymously and report by department without exposing individuals.
+ EventsPost-event feedback comes back per session and per speaker, not as one average.

Frequently asked questions

Can responses be anonymous?Yes, and it is enforced rather than promised. An anonymous survey stores no link between the response and the person, so results can be reported by group but never traced back — which is the only way employee surveys produce honest answers. Minimum group sizes stop small teams being identified by inference.
Which channels can we send through?Email, SMS, a shareable link, a QR code you can print on a receipt or a table card, and prompts inside your own apps. The same survey works across all of them, so responses from the counter and from an email land in one result set.
Can surveys run in Arabic and English? Each survey holds every question in each language, and recipients receive it in the language you hold for them, falling back sensibly when you do not. Right-to-left layout is handled properly, and responses are reported together regardless of the language they were answered in.
Do responses attach to the customer record?Yes, unless the survey is anonymous. A response sits on the customer, the order, the ticket or the employee it relates to, which means an account manager can see that this customer scored you 3 last month before walking into a renewal conversation.
Can we be alerted when someone scores badly?Low scores can raise a helpdesk ticket, notify a manager, or both, within minutes of the response arriving. This is the single feature that changes survey outcomes, because a detractor contacted the same day is a recoverable customer, while one contacted at the monthly review is a lost one.
Can we use it for quizzes and assessments?Yes. Questions can carry correct answers, weights and a pass mark, with results recorded against the employee for training and certification. Combined with Events, a course attendee can sit the assessment and receive their certificate only on passing it.
