Your data is yours — backed up automatically, and exportable whenever you want it.
Backups
Cloud workspaces are backed up daily, with restore points kept according to your plan. On-premises installations include the same backup tooling, writing to a location you choose.
Exports
Any administrator can export workspace data from Admin console → Settings → Data. Exports are delivered as standard formats (CSV for records, PDF for documents) so they're useful outside FidsorOne, not just inside it.
Restores
Contact support to restore from a backup — restores are deliberate, verified operations, not a self-service button next to the delete key.
