Inviting your team
People are added once, at the workspace level — not per product.
- Open Admin console → People and choose Invite.
- Enter each person's work email, or paste a list.
- Assign the products each person should see. Nobody gets an app they don't need.
- Each person receives an invitation email and sets up their sign-in — or, with Microsoft 365 connected, just signs straight in.
An invited person appears in every product you gave them access to, with the same identity everywhere.
