Roles & permissions
FidsorOne permissions follow a simple rule: a role describes what someone does; permissions follow from the role.
- Workspace roles control administration — who can invite people, switch products on, and change settings.
- Product roles control what someone can do inside each app — a cashier in POS, an approver in HR, a viewer in Accounts.
Assign roles from Admin console → People, per person or in bulk. A person's access updates everywhere the moment their role changes.
Tip: Start with the built-in roles. Custom roles exist, but most teams never need them.
