Questions, answered

Everything people ask us most often, gathered in one place. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

About the platform

What is FidsorOne?FidsorOne is a suite of integrated business applications — accounting, HR, point of sale, scheduling, CRM, inventory, helpdesk and AI tools — sharing one login, one admin console and one set of data.
Do I have to buy the whole suite? No. Every product works on its own — most teams start with one and add more later, and the shared data is already there when they do.
Where does FidsorOne run?In our cloud, or installed on your own servers when your data has to stay in the building. The feature set is the same either way.
How do I get started?Request a demo from the contact page — a real person walks you through the suite with your own use case, usually within one business day.

Products

Do the products work on their own?Yes — each product is complete by itself. Together they share your customers, people and data, so nothing is entered twice.
Can different teams use different products?Yes, and every plan includes every product — so finance can use Accounts while the shop floor uses POS, without either costing extra. You are billed for people, not for products.
Can we add products later? They are already there. Switch a product on from the admin console at no extra cost, and your existing data is waiting in it.
What are the AI products?AI Chatbot answers customers from your own products and policies; Social publishes and replies across your social channels with AI-drafted posts. Both run on the same data as the rest of the suite.

Pricing and plans

Is every product included in the price?Yes. Every plan gives you the whole platform — you pay for the number of people using it, not for how many products you switch on. Finance can run Accounts while the shop floor runs POS, at no difference in price.
How much does paying yearly save?Thirty per cent against the monthly price, on every plan. Starter drops from $12 to $8.40 per user per month, Business from $20 to $14 and Professional from $30 to $21, billed once for the year.
What is the minimum number of users?Three on Starter, five on Business, ten on Professional and twenty-five on Enterprise. Below a minimum you are billed for it — so a two-person company on Starter pays for three seats.
What do the Enterprise services cost? They are quoted against what you actually need, because implementing for a ten-branch retailer and for a single office are not the same job. You only pay for the services you choose — the platform itself stays priced per user.
Is our data separated from other customers?Every tenant's data is isolated at the platform level — your people, customers and books are yours alone. Enterprise customers can go further with a dedicated database or a dedicated environment.
Can we change plans later?Any time. Add or remove users, or move from cloud to on-premises, as your needs change. Since every plan already includes every product, growing usually just means adding people.

Industries

Is FidsorOne specific to one industry? No. The suite is built from parts most businesses share — money, people, customers, stock — and each sector combines them differently.
My industry isn't listed — can it still work?Often yes. The list reflects where we have the most experience, not the limits of the platform. Tell us how you run and we'll say honestly whether it fits.
Do I need industry-specific customisation? Most businesses start with the standard suite and configure it. Where genuine sector-specific work is needed, Fidsor builds it — that's how several of these products began.

Setup and support

Where should I start? The 'Welcome to FidsorOne' guide takes you from an empty workspace to your first product live.
My question isn't covered — what now?Contact support from the contact page or email [email protected]; answers that come up often get added to these docs.
Are the docs available in Arabic?Yes — switch language from the header and the documentation follows.

Where do I get support for an existing workspace?Email [email protected], or pick 'Support' in the form — it reaches the same team.
