This website is not the service

This site describes the FidsorOne platform. It is marketing material. Your right to use the FidsorOne software itself comes from a separate written agreement — a subscription or licence agreement between your organisation and Fidsor. Where these terms and that agreement disagree about the software, the agreement wins.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the supply of software is formed by browsing it or submitting a form.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business evaluation. You may not:

• copy, republish or resell the content as your own
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to any account or system it connects to
• use it to send unlawful, deceptive or harmful material through our contact form
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership

The text, design, layout, icons and code of this website belong to Fidsor or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. "Fidsor", "FidsorOne" and our logo are our marks. Product names belonging to other companies are their marks, and mentioning them implies no endorsement or affiliation.

Accuracy and availability

We take care over what we publish, but this site describes software that changes. Feature lists, module lists and screenshots describe the platform in general terms and are not a specification or a commitment. What your organisation actually receives is what is set out in your agreement and any accompanying documentation.

Prices shown are indicative, exclude taxes unless stated, and may change. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
