What FidsorOne collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Fidsor ("we", "us") operates fidsorone.com. This policy covers this website only. If you are a FidsorOne customer, the handling of data inside your workspace is governed by your service agreement, not by this page.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, the product you are interested in, and your message. We use these to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to arrange a demonstration.
Information stored in your browser. The site stores two values locally on your device: your light or dark theme preference, and whether you accepted or declined cookies. Both stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data — IP address, browser type, page requested and timestamp — for security and reliability. We do not combine these with contact form submissions.
What we do not do
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts on this website. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your contact details for marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees your data
Contact form submissions are delivered by EmailJS, an email delivery provider, and then reach our own inboxes. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests in transit. Both act as processors on our behalf.
We disclose personal information otherwise only where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then deleted on request. Server logs are retained on our providers' standard schedules.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
We are based in Houston, Texas, and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website.
